Cleaner's Carbine (1 Viewer)

hai,

short:
the Cleaner's Carbine is in vsh way too underpowered, because it has only negative effects.
I thought, maybe you guys could add something?
like a longer bleeding time than the normal smg.
Or when you hit Hale that he slows down, like the Natasha.

hopefully you'll add something, maybe you have better ideas

So, why you don't simply take an other weapon if this one doesn't deal enought damage?
Also if everybody would ask for upgrading weapon effects Saxton wouldn't have any chance. Stun at Mantreads and Short Circuit ok, thats funny because it's hard to hit Hale with it. But with the Cleaners you could rape his ass over high distance and everybody would just spam Carbrine bullets on him :S

Attributes of Cleaner's Carabine can't be adjusted without third party add-on. At this moment, no weapons will be nerfed or buffed.
