Server admin for hale? Application form? (1 Viewer)

I've been playing in the hale server (This suggestion is only for hale server) recently and been thinking about server admin for only hale. It could be need, someone who is always there. I would recommend a guy named "danny" something. He is always there. That's what you should be looking for, anyway that wasn't my suggestion. By this, you could remove some commands, i think that it's too easy to just mute someone for nothing. Some kid can do it for fun and everyone will still vote yes!


Here is it:
Make a new folder named "Hale server admin application"
Then have a special form that you should type after. Etc: Play time? Link to steam profile? Why would you be an server admin? what would you do if someone were insulting Pikachu?

The most important thing with this. It should have special requirements:
- Play time atleast 700 hours
- Should be able to type English without any problem
- Been register in the forum for atleast 1 week

I would recommend to have the folder open with applications for a while until you find the one you really like. Even if you doesn't like my idea, make a folder open with that, it wouldn't hurt.

Can i make the form? I got high experience in that. I will make it look good, and the form will be great when done.

Why everyone wants to be an admin these days, it's not actually fun thing to be. You think it's all in kicking and banning stupid spammers. Believe me it's not. Only good way to not get admin rights is ask to be an admin. In last 60 days i recieved 61 message from players who thinks they are perfect material for admin, but as i said before; i like sherlocking, and what i do, i do silent spectating on players, sometimes i connect with my alt on servers, do stuff and see how certain people react. Sometimes i read chat logs (yeah, i have all the time in world), i talk to other people. For now, i have 2 players in my mind for saxton server as possible admins, they remain anonymous because i like strawberries and beer. I saw on many forums "admin application form" and trust me, they are absolutely useless. You can't propose someone, because i already know every regular player, therefore, i know every single admin proposal before that even happens. Few players added me and first sentence is; "cani be admin on yur server, i be good yu see". I'm sick of that, but as i am well mannered and polite man, i always explain to these kids why they will never be admin on any server, unless they create their own server. Someone even asked me if they can pay for admin rights, i replied; "let me talk to other admins and i'm right back at ya with answer", it past 6 seconds, and that guy deleted me and blocked me. Luckily i have few aces in my back pocket, so i did some sherlocking, it turns out that guy is on probation and possible scammer mark on steamrep; info provided by HelenAngel, if you don't know who she is, move on and do your research. So, my conclusion is this; if someone is earned admin rights, i will surely be aware of that, because when i'm on server i'm not only playing, i sherlock everything, like i sad, i have all the time in world.

I wouldn't be the guy who just thinks about ban, kick, and mute'n shit. I would only like to be an server admin to help, that's my only reason.

Btw about Scamming. I'm on probation, i've been sharking before. I actually had that big shark that valve notice it. So i had my trade ban in 2 weeks, and haven't done a single shark in a while.
Sharking is: When you buy like an unusual from a player who doesn't know the value. Etc i can pay 3 keys.

Just wanna make sure you know, and that you won't have any problem with that since i don't do sharking anymore.^-^
