So from what information I have you either have not told me the full story or are lying and from what I can see you have lied on two counts. One might be an honest mistake, but the other has no excuse.

I've gone ahead and perm'd your other accounts. I'll give till your next appeal a cooldown of 2 weeks given your history on your alts. When you do appeal, tell the truth. From there we can process your appeal towards being accepted.
