Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
I remember I was using one of the free Proton VPN servers to watch Netflix but I left it on accidentally and now I'm perma'd for "duplicate account", even though this is my only account and I've never been banned before. I didn't really care at first to be honest but now that my friends started playing again I'd like to play on Panda MGE again but I can't because of this.
I'm guessing somebody that was banned also used that VPN server, and now my IP is associated with that banned account. Again, not true, you can tell because my account has been active from since before the ban and to this day and I've always connected through my own IP address until I accidentally had left my VPN on.
If you need more info I can provide. Hope you can help me
