First report I wouldn't punish for. Guys not doing it intentionally and if you told him to give an order it's possible he could of given one before the timer went.
As for the second one, I bumped into him on the server. I warned him about the voicechanger and he said 'oh shit it's an admin' and instantly left. Got told after that he kept giving freedays and/or freekilling, but missed all that.
Decided just now to look him up. 3 alts one main. His main got perm teambanned for MFK. I see hes going on other accounts and as soon as they get teambanned, he switches.
I'm going to perm all his accounts and request his IP to avoid this in the future. If anybody comes across a roboto voice changer account, it's probably him and should alert me or any admin for that matter.
